  This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Adam and team. They are able to do things that big banks are just not able to accomplish. Not only was I told by my big bank lender that a 12 day close was impossible. They laughed at me when I asked! Adam and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage not only accomplished this goal but they did it with minimal disruption to my day. The portal was easy to use and anytime I had questions they would answer quickly day or night. In this market I really appreciate all the support and putting me first.

  Adam and his team were great they got my loan wrapped up and were extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns but In my experience the real MVP is the loan processor. I worked with Jessica Pacifico and she was very awesome to work with she was always there to answer my calls and text she helped me get through all the steps of my first time mortgage and I never felt like I was bothering her or anything. If you need a mortgage I recommend using cross country and use Adam and his team the process was not quick due to the current market situation but that’s no fault of their own but I can guarantee once they have new information they get to work right away to get you to the next step it’s been a pleasure working with Adam his team and Jessica awesome job guys!!!

  CrossCountry was very helpful throughout the whole process of closing on our home. They were quick to communicate, and kept us in the loop to make sure we knew what was happening and the progress being made. They had everything completed more than a week before our closing date. They lifted a huge weight off our shoulders and made the process of buying our first house a breeze! We would highly recommend them!

  Everyone always takes the time to post negative experiences, I wanted to post a positive one. I just recently purchased my 3rd home and was referred to CrossCountry Mortgage for financing. The purchase (and hopefully my last purchase)was by far the smoothest transaction. I worked with Mike and Adam who made my life so easy! They both were so professional and communicated with me during the entire process. If and when I decide to ever refinance my home, I will be certain to contact them again.

  Couldn't be happier with our experience with Cross Country Mortgage! Everyone I talked to there was very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through the entire process when buying our home. All of the processors were on the ball and great with communication. They got our loan done faster than expected and we were able to close early thanks to the Cross Country team!

  I went to Cross Country Mortgage as a referral from an agent I found through Zillow. They reached out to me very quickly and handled me thoroughly. I am a former loan officer and I know the process so my expectations were high. I worked with the Adam Workman Team and Margaret Lewis led the way on processing. I got them all of my docs quickly and when I ended one contract and put in another they picked up my docs and transferred them over without skipping a beat. I also chose a condo that wasn’t VA approved and the went tk bat for me and got everything I needed and got it approved. Truly an A1 service they were quick, timely and constantly giving me updates. This was my first home purchase and it was as if My old loan officer self had done this loan with how attentive and responsive they were. I am truly grateful for all of their help. I highly recommend Cross Country Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home with a competent group who truly care about your loan. Thank you again Margaret and Adam may many more closings come your way and to all the home owners out there you will not be disappointed.   Cross Country Mtg was amazing! I worked with Jerry W and he was very professional, and more importantly, patient! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very responsive.
