  Ms Vanessa is truly such a gem!!! Amazing service, very professional and helped me out so much. When I walked out the door with what I needed I was left with no doubts or questions. Very courteous. I wont go to anyone else every again!!!

  I was so nervous about getting my first loan but Vanessa walked me through all the steps and found the best loan for what I needed. She explained everything to me and I was able to pay my loan off in just a month. Will definitely return to see Ms. Vanessa again.

  Please don’t get a loan from here. These people will literally bait you by telling you something and then charge you a whole bunch of fees. I was a returning customer who was told my first Payment would be waived if I got another loan, but there was a catch!! You had to call and refinance your loan, wth? Who does this? Why not waive it in the first place without having to refinance anything? Can’t believe I fell for this, paying off my loan and blocking their number. Vanessa is rude, and unprofessional, didn’t even try to fix the situation, said I should have called days before my payment was due, which by the way I have been trying to call and everyone told me she was out of the office. Liars.

  Miss Vanessa was more than helpful unfortunately I wasn't approved but she made me feel like I wasn't just another denial she treated me like a person and was very sympathetic to my situation

  If you ever need or want a lil extra money then I’d recommend you go here. The whole process was quick and easy. Plus they were courteous the whole time.

  Paperwork to No End, then hand you a check that if you go to their own bank will charge you another $7.50 to cash after they charge you 400+% on a 30 day loan. The only reason I signed was a woman named Rose that seamed to have me convinced it would be painless and then everything kept getting worse and just when you thought your bad day was over, the bank tells Me they charged the $7.50 check fee because the company set it up that way. This place shouldn't even be your last resort for even a small loan.

  Worst customer service ever! Not only do they take your vehicle but also every personal belonging. And what kind of company says yes to a loan but resign your documents every 30 days to negotiate? Thought it was a signed agreement, after I finally got a hold of someone,"Christian" he hung up on me when I asked how to retrieve my personal belongings.
