  Horrible!! Switch to a new digital system that doesn't work. You call them & they place you on Hold Forever & then they just hang up on you! You leave a message with a phone number for a call back that Never happens. I stay with them Only because my wife has had this account for Years. No Loan, Mortgage, Car, Major Credit Card Business with them because of their Bad Service.

  I loved my experience at the Cypress location. Debra was very nice and she made me feel like I was at home. She’s very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this bank.

  Above and beyond customer service! I was paying a high percentage on a loan and Jimmy helped me find the best plan to get a lower percentage and save me money in the long run and monthly. Thank you for helping me out :)

  My husband suggested I open up an account at Texas Bay Credit Union. I needed a separate card to do my online shopping and use for my cruise trip. Debra Edwards helped me to do that and I received my bank card the same day. Very happy customer!

  I bank at another credit union that does shared banking with Texas Bay Credit Union, I went to the fry rd location to deposit some rolled coins and the teller told me that they cannot accept it because it is not cash and they didn't have a way to verify the amount. The teller didn't have any suggestions on how to solve this other than go to another credit union. I've dealt with many different banks and credit unions over the last 15 years and I've never had this problem. This is a financial institution that didn't accept my money because it wasn't cash. I hope they can solve this issue or note this somewhere so people don't waste their time.

  I spoke with Ms Mel Ramen at the cypress location on 6/3/2020 due to my account. However I was very well pleased , applaud, & over satisfied with her communication, her understanding my concern & help me resolve it as well . I Thank God & I Thank Texas Bay for people like Ms Mel Ramen .. Good Credit To BE With ‼️

  The service is horrible. I was a very loyal customer till a new employee decided to treat me horribly. “Yo do you wanna leave” is what sent me across the street to a different credit union. I settled for green dot because they offer 3% savings accounts.

  I was at texas bay today opening a new account, and I was taken very good care of. Joana was very helpful and explained everything very well. They have great service and I would recomend 100% !
