I came in on a Saturday around 12 with my three small children and I was trying to get a temporary card until my debit card came in the mail. The teller that helped me was courteous and signed my name for my spot to see the banker that was already with clients. Before I got off the vehicle I made sure I called to ask if the wait wasn't too long. The lady at the front said it would probably be 20 minutes before I could see him. We waited 20 minutes, so I went to the teller and I asked him if there was anybody else that was able to help me get a card. There were two tellers, the lady at the front that greets you and the banker in the office, so I find it hard to believe that none of them besides the banker in the office are trained to be able to give you a card that only takes 5 minutes. Unfortunately none of the employees could assist with this besides the banker. The front door employee came up to me to let me know that the man in the office was going to be another 20 minutes and she apologized, however I asked her if there's anybody else there that is trained to issue a temporary card and her response was no. I told her I find that hard to believe that she nor the tellers are trained to give me a card. A bank as large as BOA could do a little better with having more employees available and If the teller was correct and the lady in the front was the one that was able to help me it would have been nice if she would have taken the time to just give me that card knowing that I'm standing there with my three small children and I'm trying to keep them quiet and patient until the banker in the office has finished with his first client. This will be the last time I come to this location.

Courteous staff, customers usually welcomed at the door. Tellers do their jobs courteously and efficiently, but customers with multiple transactions often slow things down for those of us with only straight deposits or other simple transactions. Convenient location for customers in Towne Lake and surrounding neighborhoods.

We had a scheduled appointment. Was told abrubtly to sit down as soon as We walked into the door. We were never Called back by name nor did the customer service associate introduce himself. I had to ask what name was on the account that he was working on to confirm he had the right person/account. I have never had such a poor experience. I have been a Bank of America customer for 25 years.

Requires an appointment for the next day or later. I wanted to add a signatory. So it required two trips. The staff was good once we got in.

Need more tellers. One is not enough for this busy location. The tellers they have are great; just need more to keep the line going. Don't care for the person who just stands there greeting at the door--they could be helping customers, not just standing there.

Worst Bank of America ever. They had me waiting for 2 hours. Fully staffed. But nobody wanted 2 help me. If u don’t want 2 do your job go home. And let someone else do their job. I hate this place never coming here.

Inly one teller they are always short in the stuff I had to wait 50 minutes in line standing just to cash one check I post it a picture of their clock showing the time I left which is 4:20 and they close the doors at 4pm thats mean the minimum wait if you arrive at 4pm will be 20min

This is the worst customer I ever deal with. After waiting more than one hour, they left us and helped other customers and always said a few minutes or seconds and will help us. They dealt with us in with no respect. I wish there is a zero star or less to evaluate this branch.
