  I have the loan for my 2019 F-150 and my auto insurance through ACU. There was a delay funding a loan for a used Harley I was buying, due to some processing issues with the out of state title. The loan department originated and funded an $8,000 personal loan, in just under 2 hours. Unfortunately, this put us 15 minutes past closing time. The manager and tellers cheerfully stayed and cashed out the seller. I rode the bike home. Thank you ACU!

  Don’t bank with Acutx. This is a horrible small bank, lack of professionalism no customer service I was speaking to this employee called jeremy Howell, you can tell he never worked at a big bank. No bank experiences, I would not recommend this bank to anyone I know.

  Horrible horrible place! After holding and refusing to immediately make funds available from my cashiers check(which is essentially cash), this credit union then put a lock on my debit card after I deposited my cashiers check somewhere else! Unethical and illegal! Go bank somewhere else! Run!

  Brittany and Sheila were extremely helpful. 5 stars largely due in part to the customer service I received. I came in with a peculiar issue and they were quick to provide a solution. The world needs more Brittany and Sheilas in it. Thank you

  I have been a member of ACU for over 5 years now and have been very happy with all the services they offer. They were able to refinance my car with an amazing interest rate and build up my credit. The staff is so friendly and they are always very helpful when i have questions about my account. I highly recommend.

  Covid 19 issues not helping customers **** Absolutely worst experiance ever. My card was hacked, called to cancel card explained I have a charge on my account that I didnt purchase. Was asked did I purchase them? Charge was 9 bucks. Canceled card asked how can I get a new one? I'm living in another part of state due to room mate having covid . Sir you can change address on your profile and we can mail you a new one, Not working. You can HAND WRITE A LETTER And Snap a picture of your error and mail to us . We can than mail new card to you will take an additional 7 to 10 business day.. Bahahah Hand written letter? Seriously

  got charge $2,687 for insurance that on a car that I had already trade in, not going to pay a peni since they didn't even bother to ask me for anything just assumed that I didn't have insurance on their car. not doing business with this people again. might've not been this branch but same company.

  My husband and I are very happy with the service we received. We bought a new truck and financed it through the ACU Cypress office. Working with ACU and the Nissan Dealership we actually had an enjoyable experience.
