  Incredible staff and customer service ethic. The normal tone of an auto dealership is a shark pool. NOT HERE. I felt genuinely felt like they treated as they would treat their own family. I was probably more anxious to make the sale than Chris and Benny! Lol! Im not sure what the Chris's father's name is..but I just want to say that his attentiveness and CAREfulness (he took special care and pride in the dealership)is reassuring as a customer. Keep up the good work!!!

  I had went to another dealer claiming to be able to finance me for a vehicle. They couldn't but the dealer called EZAuto to find me a buy here pay here and spoke with Ryan on my behalf. I arrived 2 hrs later, as the buses run. And Ryan greated me with a smile and offered us refreshments. Ryan and Curtis were awesome and were able to get me into our PTCruizer on my disability income!! Praise God!!I would recommend EZAuto every time, just tell them Natalie Steilen referred you!!

  I love EZ Auto. They are very professional and very easy to understand. They are a very honest company. Also I got a Warranty with my vehicle and my down payment paid for my tags and title. Everything was taken care of for me.

  Friendly staff. Quick and efficient. My friend was in and out with a new car within 2 hours. Very nice car selection. If your looking for a no hassle dealer. This is the place for you.

  I had the best experience here . I was so stressed out because I needed to drive off the lot with a car today in order to keep my job . They worked with my down payment and they even found me cheap car insurance. They really saved my life today. Thank you guys so much!

  I love this place! I bought my first real car here with no credit. They work with you on payments. I totaled me last car from them and luckily they are letting me get another one with no hassle!! Definitely five stars .

  Chris and Roderick were a pure pleasure to deal with. They made me feel comfortable from the first handshake through the final signature, not pushy but patient and helpful. I wasn't sure which car I was going to choose, so they let me test drive a car over the weekend before making a final decision. I really appreciated the flexibility. They also exhibited a sincere understanding of how life's obstacles can be prohibitive in buying a car, working with me to put me behind the wheel. It's E-Z to see why they have been in business for over 20 years in Fayetteville. They just opened the shop in Southern Pines, anyone looking for a nice used car should give them a look.
