  We were referred to Southern Trust, and Mitch specifically, from a close friend of ours. Mitch was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took our many phone calls and was always willing to answer our questions. He always responded very promptly. He was on top of EVERYTHING and guided us step-by-step through the process. It was an absolute phenomenal experience and we are so blessed that we got the opportunity to work with him. Mitch was so on top of everything that we were able to close on our house within a month.   Marilyn Mikan, Loan Officer was incredibly helpful. Words cannot express how she was very positive and faithful through this emotional process. She explained the mortgage process in a way that was easy for me to understand as a first-time home buyer, was responsive in all communication forms, and pleasant to work with. Their was a time during the home-buying process of a Condo I almost gave up, Mrs. Marilyn Mikan advocated for me. I highly recommend Mrs. Mikan, and will use her for my next purchase.   Abby was real easy to communicate with and she answered all of the questions we had throughout the entire process. Obviously buying a house is stressful, but she made the process easier and was clear with what documents were needed. They also have an app where you can upload all of the needed documents for the loan, which made it way easier. Anyone looking to purchase or refinance their house needs to contact Abby to start the process!

We had the pleasure of having Abby Guadalupe as our loan officer. Abby went above and beyond to ensure our family was able to purchase our home on the timeline we needed by being proactive, attentive, knowledgeable, and organized when it came to processing our loan.   I highly recommend Mrs.Abby if you are planning to purchase a home. She was beyond awesome. I purchased my first home in June, Abby was very helpful, educated, and beyond patient through the process. I am so glad to have had the opportunity to work her. There were literally times I cried, got frustrated but sure enough Mrs.Abby pull me through it. If you are considering purchasing or selling CHOOSE MRS. ABBY, you won’t regret it she is phenomenal.
