  So 1st I want to officially thank Jodie and the Lendmark Ladies “#trending” for their professionalism, integrity, interesting floral decor, and a wonderful experience. Jodie herself was the person who helped me but the other 2 young ladies were interacting with me as well. It honestly had a home feeling in the atmosphere. Jodie was beyond phenomenal. I got lost at first as I am from Washington DC and don’t know the area. She was understanding and patient as she guided me to her office. Once I made it, everything was smooth sailing. The respect and love I got as a service member would have me scream to the heavens 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!! I honestly wish I could deal with professionals like Jodie and her team all day everyday. My stress levels would be non existent. Please “Lendmark Ladies”, keep up the phenomenal work and continue serving your community.   I will never do business again at this location! This location is a joke ! Very unprofessional! I will be speaking with corporate for the information of this Ms.Jodie. They will take your money and not help you any further. Given false promises! I will be speaking with my attorney about the way this Ms.Jodie told me upon making a payment today she would refinance my loan, but after making the payment her entire demeanor changed and I was mistreated over the phone while she hid behind a desk in a building with locked doors. I will have this ms.Jodie posted on all platforms of social media until justice is served. I will push for this location to have no local business with no references as a business owner of Fayetteville NC. I stand by the community. This Ms. Jodie is not for the community, and neither is the supervisor she told me she spoke to that allowed her to mistreat me and my wife.

  Christina Boone helped us get things done quickly. She called me originally and I wasn't sure if we wanted to get a loan out but we did end up getting one to consolidate. She helped us out big time. Gave us knowledge we weren't aware of as well. Took about 30 minutes for wired funs. Definitely will come back.

  Christina was great !! She and the other ladies worked with me every step of the way. I was pre-approved but after I went into the office I was approved for more! Great people! Trust me call Christina today if you are looking for a loan!!

  I have been with Lendmark for 3 years or more and have always had Excellent service and results. I have got a new loan today and Jodi is my loan representative for this one as well, she is the most respectful representative for y’all’s company and VERY knowledgeable on it all !
