  I absolutely hate having to go inside of this bank. The line is always extremely long and they never have more than 2 tellers working. Going inside of this bank is like going to Walmart. I am definitely going to close my accounts and put my funds into a bank that knows the definition of customer service.

  Recently had to change banks with work. They are friendly and move their lines. They are allowing customers inside for banking, giving you an option of inside or out. Better service for commercial business as well than the other bank I was at.

  I asked for some old bank statements for a court case. They send me a secure email with all my statements a few months ago, as of now they decide to delete all my statements from their end off of the secure email without my request. Why? Now I can no longer have my document and I'm going to get destroyed in court for not having my evidence. Unbelievable. If I wanted my documents deleted then I would do it myself. Whats the point of banking if you can let me retrieve old statements.

  This place was great. Everyone i talked was really friendly. Eddy was very nice and patient with my USAA cash advance. I had that make a transfer and request a Cash Advance Limit increase with my own bank, and Eddy did not make me wait in line again. Im not sure where all the bad reviews derive from, but my experience was really nice. Eddy was everything a bank clerk should be and more.

  This bank is always understaffed, or rather, the staff doesn’t want to provide services in a timely manner. Why have 7 windows if you’re only going to have 1, 2 max, up and running? This bank needs a lesson in functionality and productivity.

  Came to this bank during my lunch hour and only 2 people were working the windows inside. There was at least 20 people inside in line people kept walking out of their offices and would see the line and not one of them offered to help anyone in line. It took 20 mins for one of the tellers to help a person with their transaction. This isn't the first time that this has happened it's like this almost everyday during lunch. You would think they wouldn't schedule people to take lunch during this time.

  BOA is the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. They are not for the working class. If you are one day late or if they haven't received the payment by the required due date....due the mail they call continuously. Even after you have called to informed them that the payment was mailed in and you give your check number and/or money order # they still continuously call you. You can not call and pay a BOA bill with your debit/credit card over the phone you have to have bank acct information from the payee account and you get charged anywhere from 15 to 24 dollars to pay them....wow We are currently looking for a new mortgage company

  The only reason I gave it one star is because there is not an option for zero stars. They had about half the tellers they needed for the amount of people waiting. Spent well over an hour withdrawing some cash and getting a new debit card ordered. Time to switch banks.

  This bank receives a zero when it come to customer service and a 100 for rudeness. It was a young healthy white lady that waited on me and I'm using the word lady loosely. I don't get it because it cost nothing to be polite. But I feel blessed because I'm moving out of Fayetteville and I won't have to deal with her rudeness again. But she however might have to deal with karma.

  Bank of America is not helpful to it's customer's, not even if you call the call center. Not user friendly and quite unnecessarily rude. I'm dropping them completely amd sticking with USAA they are customer oriented.
