  Ernie, business owner, has been a huge blessing during my home refinance process! I contacted many big banks and choose to work with Ernie and I am very glad I did. Ernie was able to lock down the best rate AND lowest closing costs possible! That other bank with the Horse drawn carriage as their logo had me paying double the amount of closing cost! Ernie was basically available 24/7 and replied to emails and messages on weekends! We were able to close within 3 weeks and have the funds in my bank account. The signing process was so simple, someone came to my house and it was all digital on an iPad! I have since recommended Tampa Bay Home Mortgage to multiple friends who are in the process of buying or refinancing. Can't go wrong with them!

  Ernie and his team helped my husband and myself tremendously with a re-finance of our home in order to finance an adoption. Ernie guided us through the whole process from application, to choosing the interest rate and loan amounts that made sense for our needs, to making sure closing went well.   I called Ernie one day out of the blue. I had some questions about my escrow account with my prior mortgage company. He took time out of his day to answer my questions and explained my options. I gave Ernie a call a couple days later and asked if he could refinance my mortgage and that begun our journey. Ernie will jump through leaps and bounds for you and explain things to you every step of the way. He had plenty of hurdles to go through with my situation. When it was said and done Ernie had blew my expectations big time. I was happy to just get out of my escrow, but had no clue I would have a nice lump sum and bills payed off!! Ernie gave me and my family a fresh start and I can’t thank him enough. If your looking for a good mortgage company look no further then Tampa Bay Home Mortgage , With Ernie Serrano.   Mr. Ernie spent so many hours guiding me through a loan that he is not even selling to me. He told me what to look for and explained all the small details that the banker failed to do so. He also guided me on how many points to buy and helped me get to the best option given my future goals. Very professional.   Few companies likes Ernie ‘s company make u feel special and important.   Refinancing went much faster and much smoother than I imagined was possible. The money I received was much higher than anticipated and the cost of the monthly payment was less than the payments for the 2 loans this refinancing absorbed.   Ernie was fantastic. Within hours of reaching out to him, he called to chat about what we were looking for and get the ball rolling. He was extremely responsive, keeping us in the loop at all times and always available to answer my questions. The process was incredibly quick and easy--he made it simple to provide documentation we needed and we were able to close within 3 weeks of first contacting him.
