  I had the pleasure of having Kim smith handle my mortgage loan on my first house and she was there every step of the way along with Sheri. I just want to say thank you and I appreciate all the jumps and leaps you all went through to make sure I was able to get in my home. I also want to say I'm so happy I got to meet Kim in person at my closing and that my closing cost actually ended up being lower than I expected so that was a nice bonus. Thanks again ❤️❤️❤️ I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

  Kim Smith at fairway was incredible at about breaking down the process of everything I needed to do to get the loan. As a 1st time home buyer, she helped with every step of process all the way to close. Her patience and support was great and her explanations for all of my questions were so very helpful.   One of the best home buying experiences I've ever had. In my life time I've personally bought over 4 and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation hands down helped me in everyway possible. Kim Smith (Loan Officer) was amazing. At times when I felt like I was a bothering her, she always had a smile and advised me with confidence and professionalism. Mrs. Smith kept me up to date via, email, text or just called when she could. I truly felt like I had a friend by myside every step of the way.

  This is the second time I've used Fairway and I'm just as pleased this time as I was the first time. Kim Smith helped me in the initial purchase of our home and the refi almost 2 years later. Kim's customer service is second to none!! I asked a lot of questions through the process and Kim's replies were always very prompt and usually provided even more info than my original question had asked for. She's a super pleasant person to work with and I would recommend Kim & Fairway again and again!

  We worked with Kim Smith in the Tampa area and she was literally an Angel through the entire process. We are first time home buyers and currently out of state transitioning with the time difference and all the other challenges we faced she helped guide us to the finish line. She was there for every step of the way shopping for houses, sending estimates. I probably annoyed her with the millions of questions but she was always always so sweet and very willing to help. Kim would respond to all texts, emails and phone calls with the millions of questions we had through the home buying process right away. I could send her a picture of something I didn’t understand and she’d call right away to explain what that particular form was for. She even zoom called us at closing, super late to help us walk through the 100s of papers. Kim is absolutely amazing! I’m so glad we were connected to work with her.

  two months in my house and finally able to settle and write some reviews. Brandon Harrell helped me with my Mortgage and I must say he really went above and beyond. He called me, text me and emailed me at all hours and really calmed my worries when I didn't understand something. He was able to simplify things I didn't understand and make me feel confident in my HUGE financial decision. Thanks Brandon Ive already recommended you to two people and I will continue to do so.
