  I was really sad to see this CU had such a low star rating, I'll attribute that to people not taking the time to come back to leave a good review, which is equally as important. Amy! she's so great, I just recently got my car refinanced with PFCU and it was a really great experience. There were bumps along the way but Amy was super communicative, always followed up with me in a timely manner, and made the finalization process pretty painless. Visiting the branch was great, its a small operation but its very friendly and warm. Amy and the teller were able to juggle multiple customers/transactions while assisting me with my loan. It felt like I had known these ladies for years, a small town bank feel. It was a very pleasant experience, I'd def recommend them to my co-workers/friends.

  I went through the drive thru and had a 2 questions. Each time she turned the mic off. I had to push the call button several times and she still didn’t answer my 2 questions until the end of the transaction. When I had to ask again. I get they don’t want to be at work but be happy that you have a job and some members that still bank with you. There are a lot of people out of a job right now. I wouldn’t refer anyone to your credit union! Treat people like you want to be treated! Please coach your staff. Coaching 101, be polite and courteous!

  Always an awesome experience here. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Fast and efficient. I am so happy I get to bank with them. Thank you for being the best bank I have ever dealt with and the least frustrating people I have dealt with in a long time.

  I tried to get an auto loan and was approved but they never mailed me the paperwork. I stopped in the Clearwater branch and Shannon never did what she said to mail me the paperwork. This branch never answers the phone and rarely returns voicemails. I had payed off an autoloan through here before and it was always a pain to try and talk to someone. Don’t get a loan here! Save yourself the headache.

  They lied to me. I saw 20 month IRA CD listed on their website. They refused to give it to me at the st pete location. After i got back home I took screen shot of their website page, then i sent them email, then they changed the website page and sent me back screen shot of changed page implying it was never otherwise. They were not honest about their mistake. Lost my business.
