  Scott, Gilma and the whole team were amazing. This was my first time buying a home and I didn't really know what I was getting into but Clearwater Mortgage guided me all the way and I am so happy that I chose them to help me with this process. We had a really tight deadline to close and Scott and Gilma absolutely delivered and made it happen even when it looked impossible. I will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to others as well.

  I was referred to Clearwater Mortgage by several of my friends. I choose to use them after using another mortgage brokers who was (after 45 days) unable to get my loan processes. I would recommend Clearwater Morgage to everyone!!!! They are an amazing group of people who truly CARE! With their exceedingly high level of professionalism, they were able to get our loan through fast. They also worked us into their busy schedule as we were on a very short timeline. They were in excellent communication with us and with all of the parties the entire time through the process. I honestly can say how thankful my family and I are for their dedication and help. If you are looking for the best, they are it!!!

  Loved working with Scott & team! My loan was smooth sailing from start to finish even when I had some special issues on documentation, was moving from out of state, my husband was still in the old state and I was here in Florida. Friendly, helpful advice. I would drop in when I was near the office and they were always very receptive. Would highly recommend!
