Mike H2The manager at this location was extremely helpful and cordial. However, Brian, the banking representative who works at the branch, is beyond rude and unprofessional. For that reason, I do not recommend banking or doing any business with this location.

Andrea d'Agostini3Customer for about 5 years. In the beginning (2014) the staff was great and very dedicated. There has been a frequent change in staff. At this particular point there are long wait, frequent mistakes when it comes to wire transfers. Staff not always kind. I would suggest to monitor performances more frequently and make sure staff are dedicated to create a positive impact truly servicing the customers. Bankers are usually good and solution oriented, so this is a plus point.

L.Vanessa Vega-Colon1I am a new resident to the state of FL & a past Financial Center Manager. I took a bonus offer to the location at 1150 Cleveland St. I was told the offer had expired. I explained that the offer is what made me come to the bank to which Brandon reply "but it expired". Never checking to see what could be done to gain my business. It was as if he simply didn't care if I opened an account there or not. I understand somethings may be out of a representative's hands but why not check to see what could be done!?! What a shame, such poor customer skills. I was ready to open a personal & business accounts.
