      Terrible experience with talon title pickerington. worked with a lady named Nan would not recommend using her. Had a scheduled closing and she canceled it once I was already at the office didnt have the decency to call me and let me know once I took off work and all she could tell me is I wasn't closing that day. After another very nice lady did close on my title for me I was told funds would disberse 3 days later around 9-10am. I waited until 1pm to call as I seen no funds and Nan still hadn't gotten around to it. Something as important as a home title agency I would not recommend working with Nan as she just adds to the stress of the process.

      I have used Talon Title in Pickerington for a while since I have been in Real Estate.. I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been professional, polite and fun to work with.. They closed a real estate transaction for today and they stayed late to get it done. A BIG THANK YOU TO CAROL, NAN, PAM AND THE REST OF THE STAFF..

      Not very well organized, I found several errors I had to call them to correct. I found out about my closing days before after I asked to let me know ASAP so I could save on airline tickets, I got less then 7 days.
