  This company was ok at first they don’t even deserve 1 star Angel is the only one that is professional... She talks to you like you are a human.... after the few phone calls I had from the company I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody... they act as if things don’t happen in your personal life... the person on the phone told me she rather me be homeless and pay my car note... how rude is that. I’m at the point where I want to quit my job and get these ppl out my life I rather take a hit on my credit before I let anybody disrespect me.... they will call you a liar and everything.... I told her she can come get the car at this point... I just need to talk to somebody from their cooperate office. Cause this is unacceptable

  Leann is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She makes untruthful threats with garnishments, doesn’t get back to you when you are trying to fix the problem and stay current on the loan. Over all unprofessional and rude

  Disclaimer: Not sure if this location is the one that does all the phone calling but either way its the same company... After the phone calls I got today and yesterday. I just had to leave this review. Karen is extremely unprofessional, rude, stubborn and thinks she can interrogate you over a payment that does not effect her paycheck at all. I thought I was talking to an angry customer! Not professional!! Jim who used to be a kind person also showed his true colors on the phone making rude comments and stating false facts. At first NF had 5* service hands down no questions asked but after they hired Karen and Jim turned into a complete liar, that quickly plummeted. Sarah provides exceptional service and she will be the only person that we will deal with from NF. Good day!
