  They did answer the phone when I called 5 times then drove allllll the way out there waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't open an account bc their bankers were busy and NOBODY was in there waiting then sent me to Giant Eagle location which was closed... Mind you this was during rush hour on a Friday. Never going in there again...UGH. Horrible customer service.

  Very snippy younger guy working the front counter! Came in to talk to a personal banker. Told me no one had time to talk to me right now, and maybe I could just go to another branch. Yes, actually I did just that! VERY unprofessional!
