  They wouldn’t see us to open an account while they had two bankers sitting in their chairs spinning and not doing anything… total laziness.

  Staff is rude. I bank with chase and it’s fine but I don’t recommend this branch. When I went in to set up my account the lady helping me; Her name was Wendy, was on her phone texting . To make matters worse I never received my debit card (Probably because it got sent to the wrong place due to her not paying attention ) every time I tried to call to order a new one I would be transferred or told I had to just come in. My work hours (as many adults) are the same as chase’s opening hours. I emailed and was ignored . There is no reason it should have been that hard. I was treated as a bother when they are the ones who screwed up. A month later and it took me going to a different branch to get a debit card. Bank elsewhere.

  They straight up refuse to cash a check unless you are willing to open an account with them. This should be criminal. No bank should be able to force you to open an account with them before they will give you YOUROWN money

  Every single person that works at this branch is very unhelpful and rude. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE. They will steal your money out of your account and then tell you and I quote "I don't have a way to explain this". I had to close my account out of fear that they would continue to steal with hidden pending charges that had already been withdrawn.

  I've been a Chase Bank customer since 2008. No complaints about the company. This location is half a mile away from my house. For that reason, I love it!

  I don't know when it became a criminal offense to make a payment with cash. Forgot my driver's license but had a carry concealed license with my debit card from another bank. Cindy the head teller refused to take my payment. She states that it's there policy that you have a driver license and it wasn't considered a primary form of ID.

  Arrived more than an hour before they closed to open ANOTHER savings account (not a new customer) and was told there is not enough time to provide me this service. Terribly managed an poor customer service.

  I love this branch. They are so professional and personal. I am always well taken care of when I go there.

  Told me they couldn't help with an overdraft fee. Went down the down the street and they not only helped me but told me about services I didn't know about. Drive 10 minutes it's worth it.

  Today is a pleasant day, Mr. Tom’s service quality is very good, friendly and he handles things very quickly
