  I was really disappointed in Superior fencing after reading all the great reviews. I waited 3 weeks for someone to come out to give an estimate. Now 2 weeks after their visit, I still don’t have one. The gentleman who was here told me how much he hated working with an HOA, which I do have. I’m not sure if it’s because the job was “very small” or the HOA, but they never called or emailed me back. I think there are other people who would work harder for your business.

We try extremely hard to provide our customers with first class customer service, and quality fence products. With that said, ( To our records ) you met our sales representative on 3/24 and he sent the estimate to you with the email that your provided our company when setting up the appointment. Our records show that it was sent. Unfortunately, we do not know why you did not receive it. We apologize if he did not follow up in the correct manner, and we will correct that on future appointments. We do not hate working with HOA's and we try very hard to work within all HOA's, Municipalities, and City Code for all our projects that we take on. We re-sent the estimate to your email, and confirmed with you that you did receive it on 4/8/2021. Again, it was not our intention to make you feel disappointed, and we apologize for making you feel that way. We hope you can forgive us, and if there is anything needed in the future, feel free to give us a call.

  Finish install looks very good, although some areas were challenging necessitating some improvising in the end product is nice. Couple issues which would have made the experience a 5-Stat were while digging replacement location of post and pouring concrete a portion of irrigation line was cracked and a couple sprinkler heads buried and/or left above ground. It’s my feeling all of these situations could have been exposed to homeowner before departure. They all have been repaired incurring 3-4 hours of personal labor.. 2nd, while excess dirt in some places was spread there were several mounds left un-touched. Last, post in-stall clean-up was not completed leaving some wood debris and numerous pieces of concrete.

  We were extremely pleased with the prompt service and the quality of the fence installation. We were under serious time constraints because we had come from 1000 miles away to prepare a deceased relative's home for sale. Rob and company were able to work with us and install the fence while we were in town. And they did a beautiful job! They came when they said they would, went right to work, and finished the job promptly. And the cost was much less than another estimate we had. Highly recommend them.

  These people are great. They aren't the cheapest but if I have any more fencing jobs they will be the ones I call. I told them what I wanted and that the goal was to keep the dog in while maintaining the style of the house. They gave me options that made sense. Installation was professional and fast. They go into my 'contractors I trust' contacts list.

  I’d like to say that Dustin and the guys at Superior Fence were a real pleasure to have build our Cap and Rail fence. They came in took down the old fence and took it away with no clean up left for me. The new fence was put up with the most consideration to my neighbors with and without dogs. The fence was built in a timely manner to The up most perfection. The gate doors are constructed of aluminum frame structure with adjustable hinges that was a first for me. On completion all was cleaned up nicely and we were not asked to make our payment until we were totally satisfied. Now that’s how business should be done! Thank you once again Superior Fence!

  We called Superior Fence & Rail to have an Ornamental Aluminum Gate installed near our church’s staff housing. They were on site within days to get measurements and help us pick out what gate we wanted, and stayed in touch to keep us informed of the status of our order. The installers ( Josh, Esser, and Travis) were quick, professional, friendly, and did a great job. I will call Superior for all of our future fencing or gate needs.   During the installation process, my HOA president stopped by and let us know that there was an easement restriction that I was unaware of. The professionals at Superior Fence were able to make on the spot adjustments and complete the installation on time. I now have a great area where I can enjoy playing with my service dog with no worries. Working with Superior was a great experience overall.

  Quality of work was great, the men that did the work were professional and cleaned up when done. Only thing I wish I did different was go with the brown vinyl fence but that was not Superior's mistake that was mine. They were the best quote financially and great warranty and product to support the cost.
