  Approval in about 90 minutes or so. Signing at my convenience and they were ready at the branch when I arrived. I don't think you can get any better than that. And the staff was courteous and professional.

  very helpful and easy process, got me money when no one else could. The staff was friendly and truly seemed to care about our needs. i would recommend this institution to anyone who needs quick financial help.

  They are very professional they work with you and they are very understanding. My wife and I have been with them over 4yrs. And we can not say enough about the treatment we receive from them but to say thank you . to Pam and Summer. thank you for a wonderful service .

  The staff @ the Milton Fl office are very friendly and have been helpful to me for the last few yrs. Was almost done paying my loan off only had a few more months left but I had some vehicle issues that put me back a pretty penny (for me anyway) and of course I wasn't gonna even call but the office staff told me I could refinance if need be and sure enough I qualified for more than needed but helped w/ my vehicle expense and also paying for my new glasses. A huge thank you to Pam, Sharon and Summer for treating me as a person and not just a number. Sincerely, Linda Stephenson

  COVID complicates even the simplest things. The process was fairly simple to get a loan but there always has to be human contact at some point. Had to give required items through a door and didn't get in till the process was done.
