  I can't believe I am saying this but this is the greatest gun shop I have ever visited in the state of Florida. I live in Orlando and was visiting the Pensacola area for a family event. For months, I scoured Orlando (Bass Pro Shops, Academy Sports, Orlando Gun Club, Shooter's World, and many more gun shops and pawn shops in the area). When I told them I was looking for the Sig P365XL, they all laughed at me. When I asked them about ammunition, they laughed again. They said THAT GUN and THAT AMMO was IMPOSSIBLE to find. This gun and that caliber of ammo are highly coveted and in demand by everyone. I was told to search online and call every store daily to see what they had. It was a laborious and futile effort I attempted for months. MONTHS! It was a complete waste of time. I went so far as to consider GunBroker.com to overpay for the piece I wanted. I even contracted a broker in the area so I could use his FFL. Furthermore, I went to BulkAmmo.com and paid $40 each for boxes of 9mm ammo. I was convinced, by the stores in the area, that these commodities were unattainable. So I was driving by this place on Highway 90 in Milton when I saw the flags and tents. This place was so crowded that I had to make my own parking place in the grass near the sewer. I wandered into this place, which I thought would be some sort of redneck shotgun store, with trepidation and doubt. What I found was a firearm paradise. They had EVERY desirable handgun tethered to a wall, with all the safety measures. But you could put your hands on the actual gun you were considering. They weren't in a case so you had to bother a salesperson with "can I try this one?" like an ice cream shop or a cologne counter. You can put your hands on these completely-safe, tethered weapons at your leisure. As I was examining the many options, I was approached by an employee who asked if I needed any help. I asked about the Sig Sauer P365 (my desired acquisition). He said "which one?" This immediately told me he was an educated salesman. There are so many 365's. I didn't want the manual safety version and I didn't want the SAS or the regular P365. I was looking for the XL and he pointed to the tethered model on the wall and I asked if it was in stock. To my surprise, he said "I think we have 5 of them!" New? "Yes, of course!" Before I could even ask the next question, he inquired "do you need ammo?" I said I was looking for 9mm ammo but it was impossible to find in Orlando. He pointed me to a stack and said "5 box maximum." So, not only did they have the gun I was looking for, they had plenty of 9mm ammo in stock. So, on a SATURDAY in Milton, FL, I found the P365XL with a plethora of ammo. The background check was efficient and seamless. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes, I walked out of the door with my desired piece and 250 rounds. I don't know what else I can say to endorse this business because, as an out-of-town, city-boy, I was highly impressed with all aspects of this establishment and it's management, ownership, and staff. Just as an aside, let me share this quick story about an interaction I saw as I was paying for my goods. The guy who was operating the cash register (maybe the owner?) summoned over one of the employees. He said "hey man, I've been trying to order pizza for everyone but they are telling me 2 hours for delivery. It's already 2:00 and these guys need to eat." (He was referring to all the employees who had been working all day and still hadn't had a lunch break at 2 PM). He went into the cash register, pulled out a bunch of cash and said "can you go to McDonalds and get 15 double cheeseburgers with fries and drinks?" The employee, who had helped me earlier, happily complied and went to get food for his team. That's my review. I hope these guys get to see it, because I sincerely appreciated the service.

  Best prices around and availability of guns and ammo when other stores don't have them or charge higher. Biggest selection around also: 3 walls full and helpful staff to explain and help you find what is good for you.

  Good selection of rifles and pistols. If you’re a first time buyer this is a good first stop. Limited on parts, ammo and accessories. No curio or relic selection. Some stock is used guns but very small. Big discounts for buying in cash.

  *****. I would give them 10 stars if I could, so I added these at the front end... Went to the Grand Opening of the new shop and it is very nice. They were slammed with people and giving away loads of great stuff. They were running 20% off all used weapons and there were some great deals there. The prices are great even if there is no discount, and the staff were working as fast as possible to take care of everyone.

  What I liked about this store was the fact that you could handle the firearms without having to have a clerk hand them to you from behind a counter. They also had a fair assortment of guns, from antique military longarms to modern sporting rifles. The clerk seemed very attentive when helping a customer who was new to firearms and full of questions. The pawn side of the house didn't have much inventory when I visited and the prices for the pawn items (non firearms) were out of line with what you'd pay for similar items at a yard sale, but that's been the case at nearly every pawn shop I've ever visited.

  Helpful, Professional, Knowledgeable, and Staff is Respectful . Recommend to anyone who is interested in gun safety and education as will as a concealed carry permit coarse.

  I saw there Ruger pistol on there website for $189.99 but do to my fault it was Black Friday price. I went in today Saturday 12/15/2018 to buy this Ruger 380 pistol the price went up to $199.99 . But the manager of the store sold it to me for $189.99. I will be back. Thank you for such good friendly service. Love the gun.

  Good prices,great customer service. Only place I go for guns amo etc I've purchased two guns from them and the experience was great both times! Will buy again from them for sure

  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easy to ask questions to. Prices are usually great on guns and ammo. I always look here first. Not a big place, but if you need something I’m sure they can order it. I highly recommend this place!

  These guys are the best when it comes to firearms. They have a good selection of new/used firearms, and their ammunitions are the best prices around. They are very knowledgeable and will make sure they give you the greatest deal. If you have any problem with a firearm, they will do their best to fix it. I haven't found any better place in Pensacola, Milton, or the surrounding areas.
