Kristy Trumbly5I have been banking through this location primarily for the last three years. They have always been good to me and very friendly. Recently my fiancée passed and when Morgan had called to check in to see if there was anything I needed with my banking support I kinda broke down and explained that was why. She was so kind and supportive. She has called a couple times since then (not too often where it’s annoying but often enough to feel valued) just to check in see if I need any banking support etc. She is always so professional while still making you feel like you’re talking to a friend or family member. In a world where customer service seems almost nonexistent she sets a great standard.

Bill Garland1I sold a house and was buying another house in Tennessee. I came to the bank to access my safe deposit box to put the items from my closing because there may be a storm headed this way and we are leaving and since I need stuff out of my box to take with us to Tennessee …perfect timing. Get to branch. LOBBY CLOSED. No one would come to door. Have to go online and schedule an appointment to get to our box. Miss our closing in Tennessee because we can’t get to our box in time to leave. Schedule time to get in box (9:00 am). Show up. Wait. Knock on door. Call phone number….will be on hold for over 15 minutes. Knock on door again. At 9:25 am a woman comes and talks through the door and screams that the lobby is closed…can’t you read. I said I have an appointment 25 minutes ago. They finally let me in. I withdrew everything in my box and will return with both keys and close it out. So UNPROFESSIONAL. LAST STRAW.

Anetra Bratcher1It is really sad when you get more help from the 800 number for regions than the local bank. I was hit with $108 over draft fees on a “pending” charge. Local bank would not help me. I called the 800 number and they girl was very sweet apologized and refund the fees back to my account. Definitely won’t be dealing with the local bank in pace again!!!!

Tim Nunley1I've used Regions twice while living in Meridian MS. Bought and paid off 2 homes with them. The Maridan branch was A1Awesome. However Now in Pace Florida both my wife and myself have tried relentlessly to get in with a Mortgage Officer for a New Home Construction loan. Consistently no answer and if you are lucky enough to get a receptionist to answer the phone ( only twice out of MANY calls ) you'll never get a call back. Worthless Worthless Worthless, don't waste your time. Apparently this office in Pace has a Management Problem !!!!!

Drew Mills1Worst company I’ve ever dealt with as a business owner I was warned but someone talked me into using their credit card processing department they are the biggest scams if you want proof feel free to contact me they will nickel and dime you to death they suck as a bank entity and they all need to go to jail because they are scam artists and thieves! Like I said I have proof for three months the market department has been holding $1400 of my money I’ve done everything they ask including receive an email that everything was cleared but do you think I have my money now! If you were reading emotion you work for Regions Bank you should question your integrity!

Ashley Teate1I have been a regions member for over 6 years and my family for 20 plus years. I have moved 3 states and regions has always been good to me. With all of that said, I come to a physical location maybe once every 3-6 months. I went to this Pace branch to deposit some cash and a hispanic associate was EXTREMELY rude. We had been waiting in line for 20 min prior to closing and 10 min past closing. By the time we got up to the window we got a smart remark in regards to what we needed done, she held up the cash we needed deposited to the other 3 women in the room with her and made some nasty remark we could not hear, and to top it off she didn’t even do the job right. The WORST customer experience I have had. Welcome to Pace FL I guess.

V Rodriguez1Can i rate half a star? Been waiting for over 30 minutes to have someone let us is to the safety deposit. There are four tellers at the window and one is just staring at the screen. They haven't even acknowledged were here. There's 2 more people waiting in front of me and they've been here for almost an hour?

Marc Schrenker1Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else! Tried contacting April to get an issue resolved. Can't get a hold of her on the phone. Can't get checks cleared. Can't seem to get a hold of anyone that get my issues fixed. I'm done Regions!
