  Michael was phenomenal to work with! He gave great advice, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process and felt like he truly had our best interest at heart. He notified us of a grant we qualified for that we weren't even aware of. Of everyone we contacted to get a pre-approval quote, he was the only one to send us a full breakdown of closing costs and give a followup call to explain every single line item—which ended up being VERY accurate to our final closing costs. My husband and I highly recommend Summit Mortgage for great customer service, transparency, and a stress-free closing experience.
