  This was our second time working with Mac. The first was 12 yrs ago when we were first time home buyers and he was so helpful and nice.   Experience was very similar to CheetaBug's. Slow replies, disorganized assistant, and overall just a poor experience. Had to restart mortgage process with another company after they changed my rate by 1.5% as I put in my offer for a deal, whereas with better lines of communication this could've been avoided Update: Owner's prompt reply was nice. Hoping to resolve issues going forward
