Marco1I did some business with Erica Reilly today and her customer service, level of knowledge and interest working with customers is very poor. She refused to offer help or listen to what I was explaining to her. This is my first time ever had to write a negative review on a Navy Federal employee. She needs retraining to learn how to deal with customers. I’ve been with Navy Fed for 20 years and her attitude is extremely poor for someone in customer service.

Taylor Stevens1A women names Shirley, completely wasted my time! Was obviously having a terrible day when I ask if there was I miss count of $17,000 she told me no. I asked if I may recount she told me the machine dose not mess up ! When I started to recount she asked me several times if I was ok ? I conduct my self always calm cool and collective. She made me feel as if maybe I looked to have a health issue that I wasn’t aware of? Very rude held me standing up at the her window for over 30 minutes to do 3 simple cashiers checks all because she was insulted by me asking if I could recount! Very unprofessional! Not appreciated should have done this to my PNC bank next store !

I came in to try and close my business account, she was not even willing to help pull up my information to complete the application that I needed to close my business account. She suggested I go back in my car to fill it out and then come back in. Also, throughout the whole time she was insisting I call the 888 number and close it with them over the phone. Unhelpful. Rude.

C V5I love Navy Federal. I went to this location last Monday and the customer service I received was amazing! Audrey was so understanding of my situation and helped me find a solution. Navy Federal is the only place I'll go for all my financial needs.

Amber Harper3Let me say I love this bank. Navy federal is fantastic. But the Central Park location the experience I had today was unacceptable I went through the drive through an Melanie who was supposed to help me either could not or did not want to as I tried to give her mine and my family members information she was very rude from the start and only got worse I asked for my money back and went inside where I was greeted by Marge who was very helpful and friendly and had no issues pulling up our information. I would look into maybe expressing to Melanie her professionalism and customer service skills are not where they need to be for this profession.

Jodi Grenke3The teller did not even count my money out to me, nor put it in an envelope.. she just put it all on the counter. I stood there and counted it my own self. Just kinda rude. The hours aren't posted online.

Deirdra Peyton3I’ve been coming to this location for years. The service is always fast so no complaints there. One thing I have noticed though is that some of the tellers can be very snooty which isn’t good for service at all and is off putting. They need to either vet who they hire or put some of these people through customer service training.

Richard Wicker4Down one star from last review. The Credit Union is great. They removed the coin counting machine so I now lose 10% at the grocery store. The outside drive through lanes appear much slower. Fantastic overall.
