  Using Steve and his team for my mortgage was truly a great experience. First, let me say that mortgages can have many more variable and options that popular mortgage mobile app commercials would lead you to believe; particularly if you want to optimize the outcome for your specific desires and circumstances. Technology is great — which Steve and team definitely have and put to great use — but what distinguished Steve was: 1) He listened — taking time to understand my wife’s and my goals 2) He advocated — once he understood our goals, he worked to find options that represented the best fit between them and our circumstances 3) He educated — taking time to explain all our options and making sure we understood each step in the process and were comfortable throughout it 4) He communicated regularly & proactively — whenever there was a status update or just something he felt we needed to know, Steve was reaching out to make sure we were in the know 5) He and his team were available — weekends, evenings and even while on holiday; Steve and his team were there for us whenever we had questions or concerns. Mortgages represent one of the largest financial transactions most people make; so trust in your mortgage lender is a big deal. Steve and team have earned my wife’s and my trust. Whenever our next mortgage-related business occurs; we will definitely be using him again.

  Steve and his entire team made the entire loan process seamless for me! Steve explained everything and made sure that I understood the entire process. He made himself available any day and or any time I had questions. If he was not able to answer he would return the call in a very timely manner. His team was truly wonderful to work with, I cannot stress that enough. This was my second home purchase and it was a cake walk compared to the previous lender I used on my first home.
