  Matthew and team were great! They communicated regularly through the entire process. Matthew is able to explain the overall loan process with ease to make you feel comfortable. Everything they are doing is transparent and easy to navigate. Even their app they use for document filing and signing is easy and nice. Thanks team!

  Len is the absolute best Mortgage Banker! Everyone I've referred says the same thing. He is a strong representative for Draper and Kramer and he's careful not to let you feel overwhelmed by answering all of your questions quickly and keeping you informed throughout the process. Covid has brought upon many challenges with securing loans but Len's customer service never wavered!

  Draper and Kramer are the worst mortgage lender there is. their employees are rude and incompetent. Let's not even mention the underwriters. Worst experience of my life. I can't believe they treat people this way and are still in business. Im giving one star because i can't submit the post if i don't.

  I worked with Tom Rydberg and he helped us through out the process and there were just no surprises. Each step was clear and communicated well with us. I could always call my loan officer to ask questions or to confirm things and he was always there to help me out.

He takes the time to explain the process from start to finish and keeps in touch as things are moving along.   Not enough room here to sing Jeff's praises in full, but I'll try. I've known Jeff for 15 yrs or so, and he is by far THE best loan guy in the business. I'm a Realtor, and he handles every buyer that I send to him (and I send everyone), with the same care and attention that he would handle his own family. Communication is prompt, crisp and concise, and he always does what he says he's going to do. Every few years, I have the great pleasure of being a borrower client of Jeff's, and this was my year! I needed him to find acceptable loan terms for me, and close in an unusually short period of time given the stresses around this particular deal. The terms were great, he said he'd close on time, and he did. I can't stress enough the value of Jeff's reliability - he's a top notch pro. Thank you for another successful closing under challenging conditions Jeff!
