  Michael and his team deliver white-glove service with speed, competence, and with your best interests at the forefront. Michael understood the unique needs of my wife and I as first-time homebuyers, and we left each conversation informed and jazzed for the next step in the process. This was not an easy deal and it was made possible through the teaming of Bencks along with our attorney and realtor. They made it happen when we needed them the most and were there to answer our billion questions at all times of day. Michael even created a personalized video to answer all of our questions one late Tuesday night to ensure we were comfortable moving forward. Michael communicated very well with our attorney and realtor and was there at closing to ensure everything went smoothly, which it did. Michael puts in the work to solve the issue while keeping the entire team and us informed, always keeping the process moving and motivating an early clear to close.   I was a 1st time home buyer and they made the process as easy as can be. Initially sat down with them and the team laid out all the options and then their recommendation for my particular case. I knew ahead of time what my price range was (pre-approval) and the team was reasonably available for all the random questions I had throughout the process.

  Greg Pusch did an amazing job. He helped us get a home loan and always got back to me whenever I had questions, usually within a couple hours of either emailing or leaving a voice mail. I am so glad I gave them a try. They are so great about explaining everything you are going to need and why. I'll definately use them again for my next home!
