  David W. Shaff is extremely hard-working, honest, trustworthy and reliable. We felt like we heard from him on a daily basis with follow-up and status updates during the entire process. He did an initial review of the information we provided where he spent additional time extracting the information necessary that he felt would be pitfalls to the application – assuming there were some. We have a complicated mortgage situation (due to us owning our own businesses and are seniors), but David was able to analyze and process the relevant information to get the loan approved. David’s underwriting team were then able to review and approve the loan when others were not willing or able. If you have a complicated loan situation work with David. If nothing else, he will be honest about the chances of your loan being approved.
