  I used Scott for my recent home purchase. As in any home loan, there are unexpected issues that arise. Scott and his team were on top of everything and worked flawlessly to make sure our loan was ready to close on time, ever after we pushed up our closing date by two weeks.   My wife and I were looking for a new home to secure before selling our home that we live in . I didn't know if I would be able to do this so hearing David Hochberg on the radio I decided to give them a try. I called and Scott Ellis answered the phone and with in 30 minutes Scott had me pre-approved for a loan for our new home . With out Scott this would not have happened since I was waiting for an answer from a big bank which didn't answer me till the next day and the bank still wanted more info. Thank you Scott for making our dream come true and we are moving into our new home. He was always there for us every step of the way.You could not find a more professional loan officer !!!   We were denied a cash out refi and an equity loan by all the major banks due to our Parent Plus loans. No consideration for the fact we have significant equity in our home. Scott; assessed our situation and immediately said we would qualify for a cash our refi. The entire process was easy and his team was great to work with! A wonderful Christmas gift.
