  I used Starlight for my last jumbo mortgage. At the time, it was a sellers market and I felt extremely fortunate to have my offer accepted and get the home under contract. Jason Young helped me tremendously after two appraisals came in low, which would have made it impossible for me to get the loan I needed and not forfeit my earnest money. Jason identified what was undervalued or not taken into account in both of the initial appraisals. Subsequently, he was able to get the bank to agree to pay independently for a third appraisal ($2500). Additionally, he negotiated a reduction of $20,000 in closing costs from the same bank. Even more remarkable was that Jason had not worked with this bank before, which was a regional lender out of Detroit. Jason did an outstanding job and I credit him for saving my home purchase.

  I just want to say that the impeccable service and thoughtfulness of a company especially during these times is rare to find. But let me tell you you will definitely find everything you need at starlight. My work with Jason was nothing short of exemplary. He worked tirelessly to get me approved to refinance my home. This company has actually brought me to tears with how compassionate and thoughtful they are. They are so amazing I don’t even know how to describe them so that you can truly understand that they go above and beyond any broker you’ll ever find anywhere.

  Had an amazing experience using Jason Young from starlight Mortgage. I have dealt with several mortgage lenders before and can honestly say I dreaded every bit of it, however this time was not the case. Jason was responsive to all my meaningless questions, and helped me with buying my second Dream Home. I will definitely be using him again in the future and referring him to all my friends and families looking to purchase their next home.

  Jason Young has serviced my home refinance in the past and so I recently sought out his services again. Jason knows numbers and is also a man of integrity and honesty. He is trustworthy and will offer information and options towards the customers goals. There was never a doubt he would get me the best rates and he smashed it again.   I worked at Starlight Financial back in early 2015 when the President/CEO was just developing the company's future. Don't let that year fool you into thinking they have less experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, driven, successful, and top 3 best people I have ever worked with in this industry (out of thousands). He has decades of experience and it shows through his company and team's service.

  I've been in the Mortgage Business for 15 years here in Arizona. The mortgage business is changing, and the old correspondent bank model is dying due to the huge amount of overhead costs. Starlight Mortgage is a broker which allows the Loan Officer to cut out the middle man and submit their complete loan packages directly to the end investor at wholesale rates. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

  Although this is a smaller company compared to some other lenders I have used over the years, I was VERY impressed with the level of service I got and their rates were better than anyone else I shopped around to. I was referred to these guys from a friend who did a loan with them and was thoroughly impressed. I recommend these guys to anyone.
