  I have been with State Farm for almost 2 years now and I must say I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Previously I was with a different company and there was no personal help. I was always having to contact a 1800 number. I specifically deal with Kellie Howell at this location and she is AMAZINGGGG! Anytime I have questions she is on top of it to answer them for me. I don’t feel like I’m getting the basic answers but instead in depth explanations that helps me understand what is taking place. I want to thank Kellie and the team for being there for me when I need them. Always a 5 star rating and wish I could give more! Awesome job!

  Staci and her team are absolutely awesome. Staci got us a great deal on our homeowners insurance and is always available when I have questions about our policy - she even caught a small blip in our coverage and contacted me right away to make sure we got it fixed ASAP.   I'm not the type of person to give reviews unless it was a bad experience, but this is my exception. I dread the hassle of insurance from car, life and business but my girl Ana Richar has been a gem at helping me. She looks out for me and keeps me informed when there is something new that I could benefit from. She truly has my back and I recommend her to anyone.

  My wife are I were very concerned with the price increases over the past five years for our car insurance so we made an appointment and met with Kellie Howell and she patiently listened to our concerns and the many questions we posed and one by one answered them in a professional thorough manner. Even though we still are not happy with the increases we were able to lower the annual cost by removing one item that didn't make sense for us. We then went over our house and umbrella policy and made one other change so in the end we are satisfied our needs "are in good hands", (had to write that , it just fit so good).
