  I am sorry this branch is closing. The staff has always been helpful, they willingly answer questions and are very friendly. I have been banking here for several years, and have never been disappointed with the service.

  Extremely poor experience when discussing BB&Ts excessive fees in the Waxhaw NC branch today. I will be pulling all deposits as soon as new account is set up. Shame on you BB&T. Your greed is astounding and will lead to you being the anchor that sinks the Truist ship.

  I moved to Waxhaw a year ago. I’ve been coming to this BBT since then and have nothing* but positive experiences here. All the ladies are very attentive, customer service centric and do their job done efficiently. Thank you for always providing great service!! -Cristina Purser

  I love BB&T, but we recently moved to Waxhaw and this branch has been disappointing. Their 24/hour ATM is constantly out of service. It’ll be fixed for a week, then broken the next.
