  Tony G. was amazing. He went above and beyond for us through the whole process. When our home sale was at risk of being delayed due to another company, he called them and worked out a solution. I’m glad that my wife and I now have a “mortgage guy”. I hope we don’t need another mortgage anytime soon but if we do, I know who to call!

  We used Tony for our first home! He was recommended by our realtor and man do I understand why! Tony was so kind, understanding, and willing to work with us from the beginning. We didn't have perfect credit but he said he would make sure he did what he could for us, and he did! He worked his magic to get us pre approved but then didn't stop there! He answered any and all questions we had and really worked tirelessly for us. He was always quick to get back with us when we reached out to him and he communicated very well over the phone, through text and email. He also worked amazing with our realtor (Stephanie Hartman, who I also recommend!). I can't recommend Tony enough to anyone and everyone trying to get a home. We wouldn't have been able to get a great home without him!

  My husband and I had a very positive experience at Fairway Mortgage with Tony Garshnick and his team. The entire process went very smoothly, with excellent follow up. Tony was very clear about what was needed and what was expected from us. He "kept the ball rolling". When we were at an impasse whether to refinance or not, Tony kept us "in the know" on the interest rates and communicated when rates were going to go up so we could lock in the rate before the increase. Excellent customer service and seamless process!

  Tony patiently worked with me through my relocation. He took the time to explain how parts of the mortgage process work and he provided several different financial scenarios so that I could determine which option was best for me and my family. Most importantly, he kept my personal priorities at the top of his list so that I never felt I was compromising. Without hesitation I would recommend Tony to everyone !looking for a mortgage planner who works from his heart for his clients.

  If you would like to have a super dreamy smooth process when buying a home with no surprises, then I would recommend Tony and Fairway Mortgage. Tony has a system in place to be sure all the documents are organized and set out in such a way that everything goes so well. He gives you very informative updates through the process so you are never at any time scratching your head in confusion. It's the way to go and you can't go wrong with Tony G!
