  Norma has been wonderful. She was the mortgage broker when I purchased the house so I contacted her again to refinance the house since the rates were so low. Norma is very responsive and efficient and she seem to be able to balance being efficient and being courteous. I am please that she was able to lock the lowest rate during this pandemic and close the financing quickly even though some of my documentation was complex. Thank you Norma!

  Absolutely outstanding! Norma (1) is incredibly efficient and communicative (2) was quick to suggest things I could do to save money during the refinance process (3) was extremely honest and transparent (4) is super experienced and knowledgeable. On top of all of this, she made the entire process extremely easy. Can't say enough positive things!

  Norma is great. Her knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed and invaluable. The last rate she secured for us was jaw-dropping. She timed it perfectly. Had I not done what she advised me to do, I would have lost literally multiple 10's of thousands of dollars in interest. I have worked with her for years and she is always the best. Answers all my questions and does what she says she will do when she says she will do it. My family cannot thank her enough for her work.

  Norma was great to work with. Very professional, but went the extra mile by telling me I was paying too much for my current homeowner insurance and giving me some suggestions of more reasonable insurance companies. She came highly recommended by a neighbor up our street and she did not disappoint!

  We’ve worked with Norma at Cobblestone Mortgage many times for refinances and when we purchased our current home. She is our go to because we know she always has our best interest at heart working to find us the best rates and least amount of money out of pocket.   Norma is absolutely amazing to work with, my brother had used her twice in the past when purchasing homes and ranted over how amazing she was and referred me to her... so glad he did! She’s very knowledgeable and responsive when you’re under time restraints, especially in a competitive market. She also offers insight and provides step by step details to make you aware of what’s to come to ensure there are no delays or issues that could hold you up from purchasing a property and better yet waste any of your money. It had been since 2004 when I purchased a property so things have changed and Norma was all over explaining the process so I was comfortable! Super appreciative to have just closed on my new house and thankful for her! Don’t know many people as detailed as Norma, she’s top notch!!
