  Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with on securing our home loan. My wife and I had lost out on a couple properties and were in a “not really looking” period when a house popped up that we had to act quickly on. Chris worked extremely fast and diligently in order to secure our loan along every step of the way. It was a VA loan with some atypical items that needed to be addressed. Regardless, Chris was there every time we needed him to be there, and ultimately led us to close on the best, lowest rate loan I’ve ever seen. Keen Lending will not let you down!

  Excellent customer service and follow through. In the crazy housing market we worked with Chris over 5 months! We made offers on weekend and he readily provided updated letters for mortgage acceptance. When our final offer occurred he was able to close our loan in 12 days! Our realtor and attorney were amazed.
