  I have been with them for over 14 yrs. They have my car loan and had my home loan. My wife passed away and i ran on hard times. I asked for a loan for 500.00 until i close on my house. They tend to not want to help when your in need and have the collateral. Closing is just 1 week away.

  Best bank of all time 💖I love the online customer service I can fix any issue I have without even having to talk to anyone. And the way the workers treat customers is unlike I've seen at any other bank, they are genuine and very patient.

  I absolutely love my bank! The ladies at the OC location are so nice and informative. I even opened up an account for my teenage daughter and I just opened a business and I’m opening my business account with them tomorrow. They are like family! Thank you ladies!!!!!

  Do not bank here not only did I apply for a loan on Monday here it is Friday at 6 o’clock and I am still not able to receive the loan I was approved for. they verified my job I’ve sent him my paystub’s yet here I’m still Have not received my loan like people need a loan I win they apply for it not a week later. They said they tried to contact me however they did not have any good email or phone number on file to contact me which worries me about my bank information for them not to have my updated phone numberHighly upset and disappointed do not go to this thing don’t get a loan for this bank.

  Young lady at the window was very rude started yelling at me in the drive-through made a complete fool out of herself. Disgusting very unprofessional. I’ve been going to the bank for 10 years. Never dealt with anybody that inconsiderate ever in my life. I’m 62 years old Going to contact corporate.

  Was in there to cash check. Look at the camera's if you (cooperate office) (manager) are concerned. Rude teller.4-3-17 2:40-2:45 pink shirt rude teller. Put my id in tray and threw my money in tray with no response. Enterprise Rd. Office Orange City FL
