  (Approved Mortgage Source Orange City) I would like to say I am very pleased with this company in helping me purchase my first home. (even without using a realtor) The loan officer Austin did an amazing job; he was very knowledgeable and helped me along the way. Austin was in close communication with the processor Tristan to make sure everything went well. You guys helped me overcome obstacles along the way and made it easier for me in order to get the loan. At no point did I feel alone during the process because alI my question were answered in a timely manner. Tiffany also deserves credit for going over my final disclosure with me and answering all my questions she was also in contact with the title company to make sure things went smoothly. Overall this is good company to get a loan with.. even the title company I used was happy to say they made the process "very fast and efficient." I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking to purchase their first home or whatever your mortgage needs might be. 👍

  As a Realtor, it's good to find a Mortgage Lender that you can count on to help your Buyers. Vance is that. He goes above and beyond to help everyone, no matter what time or day it is! I was able to experience that first hand as he helped me with my personal mortgage. It was the smoothest transaction ever. I would and I still recommend him to everyone because I trust he will get them the best rate possible for their situation. And if he can't help them at this time, he will help them see what they need to do to get their credit corrected to get the best rate and loan possible. Honestly, I could go on and on. Bottom line, he's the BEST!

  Vance and his team are TOP NOTCH ! I don't often don't do reviews. They made the whole process easy from start to finish. We were new to owning a home and trying to understand everything. They worked with us, kept in contact with us to advise how the process is going. You can call day or night and things will be handled ! And as a disabled vet!
