  I can't speak for any other branch, but I can speak about all of the wonderful staff members at the Addition Financial branch in Orange City (my team) 🙂. Everyone is quite welcoming, Ms. Debbie is an absolute angel. She even gave her direct line just in case I may have any questions. Professional and speedy service. I would recommend this branch to anyone!!

  The financial Institution representative Mrs. Deborah treated me with open arms and gave me a warm welcome. She explained every detail of all my options in opening an account with the institution. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone to walk in and do business there.

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Farhana chowdhury and I must say she helped me soooo much she was so patient with me and explained everything to me!!! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs any kind of help and explanations with anything!! She helped me more than anyone has ever helped me in any bank I’ve ever stepped into!!!   I love the Addition Financial team in Orange City. I'm always greeted with a smile. Debbie, Jose,John and Annie always make me feel at home. Every time I come through the door you always make me feel special. I'm sure the other branches does the same too but, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !!🙂

  I have been with Central Florida Educators Federal Credit Union, (now called Addition Financial,) for 36 years now. They recently changed the name to Addition Financial so they could accommodate the entire community. Not just people involved in Education and a closed credit union. I don't plan on going anywhere else ever! It seems to be the only Bank left where they know your name and it's nice to go in there! Every single person that works there including the manager are so accommodating and they go way above and beyond board to make sure everything is covered for you. I have been able to have a good number of my friends join. One of my friends was trying to get a mortgage. I have a Brokers license and understand the loan process. My friend was just hassled everywhere by every bank. He had everything including a hefty down payment and everything else you need to qualify for a good . No hassle at Addition Financial! When I use the terminology hassled, it's just the rules that the banks require in order to make a loan. I so understand that. But there's the wrong way and the right way to ask. Addition Financial, has people writing the loans. So they understand everything that you're going through trying to get a loan to buy a house. Buying a house is, in most cases, the largest and most important purchase anybody can ever make. The last thing you want to experience is being hassling by people from other Banks that like to wield their power. I am very sorry to say it like that but it's true. In my experience, they know that you need them and I have seen people treated terribly. No phone calls returned. Even if you give them what they want they're going to want something else that they should have asked you to bring with the first set of things they wanted. Why continually yank somebody's chain? Not here at Addition Financial. In the 36 years that I have been a customer, Addition Financial supported me through thick and thin. I have closed all of my ancillary accounts at other banks. I can't tell you the hassle I have gone through with One Bank in particular located here in Volusia County. Even after my late husband and I had six accounts with boa, it did not make a difference. I won't even tell you the unnecessary and awful interactions I've had with some of the people that had worked there. Please know though that, not everybody at boa was like that. I would go with addition Financial any day! I'm grateful they are there! I hope all my friends, that work at that branch, reads this! Thank you for all you do Addition Financial!
