We feel like our business at Vystar in Orange City is welcomed and whenever we need help with something, it is pleasant to have a response that is met with kindness and competence.   I was in a jam and needed to refi my boat loan. I started off working with Alma via email. She was responsive when she was in the office but needed answers and results a little faster. So since I had to go to my local branch to make a deposit (Orange City Branch) I ran into Morgan Burns who somehow managed to remember me even with a mask on from her time at another CU. Morgan jumped right in without asking to follow up on my loan and help in any way she could. She also took time to talk to me about moving my business account to VyStar from the current CU I bank with. She was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable able what would be best for me. Going back to my refi she called and emailed me updates and at one point called me to inform me of something that wasn't disclosed before that really upset me and threw a wrench in my plans. So I hung up being very upset and emailed Alma again. After verifying the information was correct and she apologized for not telling me soon I took the night to think about my options. I emailed Alma later that night, the next day around noon I had not heard back so I emailed Morgan. And boy did she jump right in not only did she email every step of the way she was able to get my loan approved in less then 24 hours and have the documents emailed to me the next morning and funds available right away . It was amazing to see such outstanding customer service and if Morgan had not been there to talk to me I would have absolutely taken my business elsewhere. 10 stars for Morgan Burns.

  I’ve been with them since they opened this location in orange city. I’ve had multiple issues with them. A few of them seem extremely bothered to do their job. The teller just had me move from the drive thru and said I had to come inside to get quarters. Keep in mind, I come monthly to get quarters and they send it in two transactions so it doesn’t get stuck. Wouldn’t be a big deal to come inside if I am not high risk pregnant, 33 weeks and 4 cm dialated and on bed rest so I can’t walk inside and stand and wait 10 minutes for them to get the quarters. I tried to explain to the lady they always send it in 2 transactions but she constantly spoke over me and was rude.

  If I could give more than five stars I would definitely put more than a million truly. I want to let everyone know how efficient and outstanding Millette Rosario is. She goes above and beyond customer service satisfaction she is truly a huge blessing to me she is exceptional. Superior in professionalism and customer satisfaction.   While traveling I have an urgent issue with my card and it needed to be replaced. I found the local branch which I had no idea it existed yet and worked with Missy she was able to process my transaction quickly into my complete satisfaction. The atmosphere of the branch was upbeat positive and energetic thank you for being in Orange City for me

  I walked in to VyStar feeling discouraged because I didn’t think I would have been able to refinance my car with them, do to the fact that I was co-signed on to my mothers car. I had gotten denied from various credit unions for that reason, but this one bank/branch was literally the only one to do so. I give all my gratitude to Millet Rosario for working vigorously and putting all of her effort into getting my loan through. I also want to thank her manager, Missy Chaves, for assisting Millet as well when things seemed as if they weren’t going to work out. Not only was I able to refinance and get a better quote, but my mom was able to too! I highly recommend this branch/team to anyone in need of a loan for buying a car!

  I was greeted with a friendly, caring, and smiling voice from Millet Rosario during my call. She was helpful, kind,professional, knowledge about the different Vystar options and products. My request was handled quickly and she even did a follow-up call to make sure I received all required documents. It was just a wonderful experience and it made dealing with all things Covid-19 seem to just disappear.

  Best credit union bank I have ever experienced.. Great, friendly customer service and the employees there actually treat you like a real human being! Old fashion banking meets newest technology with VyStar! Very secure feeling when you enter there bank. This bank is headed into the 21st century for sure!
