      True Story!!! I walked in to open another account for myself… I sat down and waited as I was the only person in the waiting area… Several minutes later a very nice gentleman came in & sat down to wait as well so we engaged in a friendly conversation. Soon as the the next employee was available he walked over looked at me in my FACE AND TOOK THE WHITE MAN with y even asking who was there first.. & NO neither of us had an appointment. I would have offered to let the man go in front of me as he was extremely kind and elderly.. The very heavy set white man with the huge belly that work there obviously didn’t want to give me a chance.. Ms Melinda took care of me with a smile after all… Too many unkind people but there is a few!! Thank you Ms. Melinda for your kindness!

      My son mad a appointment for notary. They made us wait. We had witnesses with us. We had to leave and pay 20.00 at the ups store because They were not prepared!!! We been banking with them for years. Definitely need to do better!!!!!!!!

      Orange city branch. I was in drive through. Teller raised her voice to me. I raised my voice to her. They told me to park and come inside. Did not go any better inside. I have been a SunTrust customer for 49 years. I have never been treated like I have been treated in the last year. Tellers are super slow and not friendly. They read and interpret a rule different. Rule says may be they say they rule says definately.

      I am very displeased with Truist Bank. Suntrust was a great bank, but just like all of the other negative reviews the bank went straight down hill after the merger. Orange city is a busy branch especially since they shut down the Deltona branch. They now have INCREASED clientele with DECREASED help. To expect customers to consistently wait in line for extended periods of time is simply unreasonable. In addition, you can never contact anyone by phone at this branch. They are always "too busy". I will be changing to another bank shortly.

      Worst customer service.. After standing in line for about 30 mins teller said they don't have $100 bill. Why you keep your bank open if you don't have money.. Teller was very rude. Looks like she did not wanted to help me at all.. They were better before merging

      Literally every time I come to this particular location, either the drive thru ATM is OUT OF MONEY, which seems insane at a bank…OR there is a brinks truck preventing from accessing either ATMs. I do not come at the same time of day or the same day of the week. It’s rare people have to seek out a physical location to conduct their banking anymore…withdrawing cash is one of the few 😂😂. Come on Truist, get it together. Suntrust had much better customer service

      This bank is a joke. The worst I've ever used. BB&T was way better, now it's merged & nothing works. The mobile app is terrible & desperately needs attention. I won't be with this bank much longer.

      Went in the Drive through to Deposit check .gave my ID AND CHECK just to Deposit a Check you would think that would be good no not good then the lady said she see my profile and ask me more questions. To just Deposit a check should not be that hard to Depost a check with my ID .

      I had fraud on my account that I tried to stop at the beginning stage as it was happening. They said there was nothing they could do about it because it was over a weekend. Then they still had the nerve to charge me a fee once they allowed the fraud transaction to occur. I will NEVER bank with them again.

      Worst bank ever - had a loan bought by them and they make almost impossible for you to pay the note. Even after you go out in to the branch itself! Just unorganized and unprofessional waiting with long lines for everything
