  I've sold 2 homes within the last year and have had Ariel Pitcher with Smith & Associates as my realtor. Both homes ( one inherited and the other was my private home) went under contract within 24 hours of being on the market. Ariel does all her research and not only knows everything about the house you're selling but also all the homes in your area and what they sold for and how long they were on the market, square footage, any home improvements... she researches everything so when you're ready to sign your contract with her she can get the best price and answer all your questions. If she doesn't know the answer straight away believe me when I say she will get the answer a.s.a.p and get back with you before the end of your day. Ariel is amazing and really one of the most genuine person I've met in a long time. When I'm ready to purchase again I will 100% call Ariel and have her help me with the process. I couldn't imagine going through a different realty company than Smith & Associates or using a different agent other than Ariel. I highly recommend Ariel Pitcher and Smith & Associates.

  I was in contact with one of their agents last night. I was interested in viewing a home for rent, and my colleagues and I are in a bit of a time crunch due to our lease expiring at the end of the month. We made an appointment at 9:00 am. When I arrived, there was another interested party there, to which I lated found out from the realtor that they had already submitted an application last night for the house and were taking the home. She withheld that information and dragged me out to the property as an insurance policy to cover herself and make sure the home was rented. NO MORALS or ETHICS

  Hi Chris, The rental process is very first come, first serve. It is common to schedule multiple showings at a property as it is difficult to predict if one person will apply. However, we strive to ensure this is disclosed upfront so there are no surprises, If we could have the name of the associate that assisted you, we would like speak to them about the situation to gain a better understanding and ensure our team is all on the same page.
