  Excellent to work with for my first loan and my recent refinance! They were wonderful to work with, explained everything thoroughly and were extremely helpful in getting the needed paperwork together. They were always responsive and accessible. I appreciate everything they did to get me the best rate possible and making the process simple and easy!

  2 names Anne Fisher and Nick Peacock. Nick started us off in the beginning with all the info we needed but ANNE. She is the best at what she does. I went through so many bumps all the way up to my closing date not because of them but other personal issues but Anne helped out step by step and was always there to pick up my thousands of calls I bugged her with. Definitely would recommend them. One happy camper!! :)

  My wife and I just refinanced the loan for our first house. We also did the original loan with Simons & Leoni. Both times have a been a smooth and wonderful experience. Shoutout to Tom Houston who did both the loans (he is the man!). They are absolutely the best at what they do, super responsive, great communication, and it really feels like they care about us and our experience. Just for some context: I was going to refinance through my loan company Loancare; when I called, I told them I wanted to remove the PMI. Their response: "sure, we will call you back in 4 months". 6-7 months later I never heard from them. So I responded to Tom Houston's update emails and asked for the same thing. NEXT DAY he had all the paper work ready to get it started. Couple weeks later we just signed the final documents and will be saving $250/month 1-less year off the loan, no PMI, and 1.5% less interest. IF I CAN HELP IT, I WILL GO TO NO ONE ELSE, as long as they are around. Thanks again Tom!

  Amazing experience working with this group of people. They are professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented and genuinely nice. This is my first refi, and I was very nervous. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, they responded to my calls and emails quickly. Again an amazing experience. I would recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing or a refi.

  Nick and Jennifer are an amazing team. They were able to save our loan after it was not approved two weeks before closing and dropped by the original loan company. They worked nights and weekends and were so responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They shared our frustrations through the process and found unique solutions to help break down barriers to get us approved and in our new home. We are forever a loyal customer and know where we can go for assistance in the future if we ever have to move again. Thank you so much Nick and Jennifer !!
