  The staff at Value Pawn & Jewelry was very friendly and helpfully today. I was looking for a tool bag, but none were on display. They brought the perfect one from the back of the store and made my day!

  (Visited the store on Monday, 6/27/22, the manager, Steve is ALWAYS very polite, courteous, professional and helpful. He's the manager this location needed.) Previous experience a year ago: POOR customer service...one of the worst locations for Value Pawn. Visited the store a few times and no one EVER asked me if I needed help. Instead the employees are sitting around just talking or texting on their cell phones while sitting behind the jewelry counter and front counter.

  I have to say that this particular location is definitely one of my favorites, every single time I have come here there is ALWAYS something I want to purchase and most likely do lol the customer service is nothing less than than the best..Shout out to Steve !! And even though this is not your main store Austin, you were absolutely awesome !!

  LOVE Diana and team at this place. She made my resell simple and fun actually. I was a bit embarrassed at my need, but she made me feel comfortable and got me max value for my stuff. Recommend them to any and everyone!

  Very friendly on the phone. Great for someone with phone anxiety. Had a game I've been wanting for a long time, i was very happy. No funny faces while i examined for authenticity. I'm absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much.

  Hands down the best customer experience I have had. I’m not familiar with the process of loans / pawn shops. If it weren’t for manager David Clark I would not have had the ability to get help during a rough time. Not only am I impressed with the service but the quality of items were excellent.
