  Eastman Financial ultimately saved us a substantial amount of money, and Zach was a pleasure to work with. My sister-in-law was our realtor and said Zach had some of the best rates/options she'd seen in a long time, so there's no question they've got a solid product. But what made working with Zach/Eastman Financial so special was how he treated us - I'm a very detail-oriented person and very hands-on, and as this was our first time purchasing a home, Zach took the time to educate us on the process, our options, and answered all of our questions every step of the way. We were so inquisitive we worried we'd be a burden, but Zach never let us feel like that. Not only do I recommend him and Eastman Financial to friends and family, we're planning on using him again ourselves!

  I have had great experiences with Simple Mortgage. This is the second time I have used the company and both times have been a smooth experience and rates were better then anyone else we shopped. I have a close friend that is a underwriter for a large mortgage firm and they were blown away at the rates that were offered. Zach is very personable and excellent and answering all my questions. Highly recommended!

  Zach came as a referral from my Father-in-law. Although my father in law makes about 20 times as much money as I do, and probably had a lot more understanding about the home-buying process, Zach didn't make any assumptions. This was our first house and home-buying process, and Zach explained everything multiple times, was always available by phone or email and worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we were never waiting on him for documents or information. If we move anytime soon, I will use Zach again. I would also refer Eastman Financial Group in a heartbeat. Although I never met Zach face to fact, after talking with him every other day for a month or so, I trust him.

  My experience with Eastman was fantastic. We had talked to multiple banks and even another broker and were given canned answers based on a black and white look at our debt to income. What Zach did was look at our debt to income and come up with options based on different scenarios that gave us flexibility in choosing how we wanted to finance our home. In short he was able to do exactly what multiple lenders told us couldn't be done, all because he cared about our outcome and worked hard to find a loan that fit our situation. I have recommended Zach to everyone I know who is buying a home and so far at least one person has signed up and have great things to say. Only thing I wish he did was some sort of referral incentive. Thanks Zach and Eastman Financial!

  Zach and his team provided the best loan experience I’ve ever had with any home purchase. Purchasing a home can be very stressful but Zach made the whole process so simple and was willing to answer any question at any hour of the day. I did a lot a shopping around on our latest home purchase and Eastman Financial easily beat the competitor’s rates (including all of our builder’s preferred lenders) and literally saved us thousands at closing. One of the preferred lenders actually encouraged us to go with Eastman because they just couldn’t compete! I would (and do), without hesitation, recommend Eastman Financial to anyone looking to purchase/refinance a home. I will be a customer for life knowing that I can trust Eastman Financial and that they have my best interest in mind. Thanks!

  I am in the process of doing my third loan with Simple Mortgage, so that should be proof enough that I love them. The truth is, I'm picky and hard to please, so when I find something I like, I am a loyal customer and try to share the goodness with all my friends and family. Zach is an all star when it comes to helping you with your loan. He makes it so hassle free, and literally finds you the best rates out there. I have asked around and our rate is always the lowest I hear of. What else do you want from a mortgage company? In addition to the ease and the great rate, Zach has exceptional people skills and is someone that you can talk to if you have any questions about the loan, title or closing costs or if there are any problems with your appraisal, the home you are buying, etc. I never get the feeling he is annoyed to answer my questions or feel like he is rushing to get off the phone. Simple Mortgage truly is a great company and I give it my highest recommendation.
