  For me the biggest surprise about the lending process is that there were no surprises. I have had other experiences where a day or two before signing I will be asked to provide some additional document or jump through some additional hoop. I expected more of the same from Academy, but to my delight the loan was just simply DONE! Everything that was needed from me had been turned in weeks previously. Great process!

  Over many years as a realtor I have sometimes had trouble with lenders over-promising and under-achieving. This has not been the case with Academy Mortgage. They consistently close loans on time with high quality service.

  They came through for us when all our chips were down. They went out of their way to fight a battle for us that they could have easily dismissed.   I would never go to any other team for my mortgage needs. As it moves through the process from one person to another not one of them ever leaves me hanging. I am aware of what phase my loan is in at all times. It is always a very smooth process. I refer everyone I know to Deidre and her team!

  Originally, we were going to go with Quicken Loans, but a realtor referred us to Academy and after speaking with Eric, we decided to go through Academy. Eric and team communicated with us every step of the way. Not only did they stick to the timeframe put in place they assisted us with staying on that timeframe.
