  Troy was the best! It was all around a wonderful experience working with him. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He knew the ins and outs of the process, and even ended up helping us save money! He worked around our needs, addressed concerns, and worked with me even when I was out of state! I would definitely recommend him for your home loan!!

  Our experience with Cinch Home Loans couldn’t have been better. Troy was there to respond to any questions we had and was incredibly prompt in responding. I had been hesitant to Refinance because of the time and headache it would create but honestly it was so easy and Troy made it incredibly straightforward. We weren’t sure if we wanted to shorten our loan, cash money out or just lower our payment. Troy put together all scenarios with various closing cost options and walked us through the pros and cons of each. Ultimately it was our decision and Troy put zero pressure on us to pick one option over another. In terms of time it took, I got Troy all the info he needed in 15 minutes before work one day, sent it via email and he did the rest, signed documents on my phone during my lunch break and when it came time to close he set up meeting when it was convenient for me, after work on a Friday even! I had shopped around looking at rates before reaching out to Troy, and the rate we got was as low as I found anywhere. He will work for you to make it the lowest cost possible. I will be using and recommending Cinch home loans for all my future home loans. You won’t find a better experience anywhere else.

  Troy was awesome to work with! He walked me through the entire process as this was my first house purchase. He was an expert, very knowledgeable, and shared his experience willingly. He fought to get me the best rates possible even when it cause him more work and time. He was prompt and responsive, always ready to answer quickly any questions I had. He had me ready to close well ahead of time, even with doing a VA loan. I will definitely be recommending him and using him again if needed!

  We unfortunately can't go through Cinch for a home loan (by no fault of their own) but Troy was able to promptly reach out to me when I had a difficult time reaching someone (also no fault of their own). He was quick and consistent in his email replies. He provided some advice to help us with our problem and was very friendly! I don't have much to go on for this review, but having worked in customer service for 5 years - knowing not all people are as willing and eager to help clients as I was - I can tell that they most likely value their client's experiences and will help as best they can. Thanks for the info and advice Troy!

  Troy came highly recommended to us, after contacted him about refinancing we immediately understood we were in good hands. He gave us many options to refinance and never put pressure on us. He was very prompt when it came to response time, we communicated a lot through text but when we had a question early morning or late night we would email him and he would always get back to us within minutes. I appreciated him breaking everything down for us as far as options go and making the entire process as easy as could be expected. It’s refreshing to work with someone with this level of customer service.

  Troy was awesome to work with on our refinance. I would highly recommend him to anyone with confidence. On more then one occasion Troy proactively reached out and updated us on the process and what to expect. He also spent time on the phone to make sure we understood the options we had. We refinanced during the beginning of COVID-19 and there were not hiccups. A+, hands down.
