Buying or refinancing a home is incredibly stressful, Jeff and his team make it a seamless, individualized, easy experience every time. Jeff first helped us when we bought our first home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, organized, and thorough and truly wanted what was in our family's best interest. We turned to him again when we wanted to refinance our house and once again he exceeded our expectations. He took a lot of time going through options, watching the market for us, and talked us through our concerns--he always made time for us! We are so grateful to Jeff and his team, couldn't have done it without them! Highly highly recommend to anyone!

  Jeff and staff handled our application well. He explained how our home loan application would be handled and options we had, he gave me sound advice and kept me informed of approval status, we had a discussion about terms of the mortgage when we had an idea of the builder's timetable for home completion, and he and his team were pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
