  I had the opportunity to work with Kevin Horrocks on a new construction loan with liberty homes. One of their partners. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kevin. He was always available to talk to me and give me great service. On top of that I found him to be very efficient and helpful in understanding the loan process. And although I decided to go with a Lender I had previously done business with, I was still valued and appreciated. Kevin is a solid broker with deep industry expertise , he has over 20 yrs in the business. Had I not had my own Lender and didn't know, I would definitely do business with this man.   Kevin is awesome. I have had bad experiences with mortgage brokers in the past taking advantage of me (and others) and only doing what is in their best interest. Kevin truly cares about our wellbeing and did everything necessary to ensure that we got the best mortgage for our situation and even sacrificed some of his commissions to ensure we were taken care of. When dealing with finances, you have to have someone you can trust and Kevin is definitely that.

  The VP of my local bank gave me several referrals for my primary home refinance. Out of the list, Olympus Funding was the most responsive, gave me the best rate quotes, and seemed like they would be the easiest to work with. I just finalized my refinance loan, and Robin was awesome! After several weeks of coordinating documents, and finally get everything in and funded at the title company--I have nothing but good things to say. I would definitely work with Robin again in the future. I highly recommend Olympus Funding.

  Lora Hampton was very responsive to all my questions, worked quickly to find me a really great rate so I could refinance my home. She made the process very seamless and straightforward.   We worked with Kevin Horrocks and I can't say enough about how helpful he was. We needed a refinance done fast and he made it happen almost two weeks prior to our initial guesstimate. He was always available be it by phone or email to answer our questions. The market is hot right now and I'm sure Kevin had a lot on his plate but he went out of his way for us. Hopefully we won't need a refinance in the near future but if we do, we will definitely go with Olympus Funding.

  Kevin has helped my wife and I with several mortgages and refinances over the years along with our kids and friends. Kevin's professionalism and knowledge takes the stress out of obtaining financing and does it in a timely manner. We have sought and received his advice on lending for projects in other states even though he would receive no commission for his time and effort.
