  We were extremely happy with the entire service first team. Josh was amazing through out the entire transaction from start to finish. The process was explained in detail and made easy to follow. He went the extra mile to ensure that minor details were not overlooked. The greatest surprise and comfort was when he turned up at our closing to make sure we were informed and completely satisfied with the process. We would definitely return for any of our future mortgage needs, and will continuously recommend them.

  If your going to work with this company you need to call Judy Miller. She is the best lending agent ever. First she helped me but my house. I was going thru a divorce with fair credit and no knowledge of how to buy a home. She guided me they the process so well. I understood what I was buying and ask the details. Then 3 years later she handled my recent refinance of the same home. Thanks to what she taught me the first time it went even smoother then expected. Judy is my hero. She's literally changed my life for the better. I really just adore this woman!!!!

  My wife and I made our first payment on our new home today. This would have never happened without the help of Joshua Smith. From the first time I contacted him to ask what information I would need to provide to see if I could qualify for a loan to buy a house until the to the time I received his “Congratulations your loan has been funded” text he was there to help. It felt like he was my very own personal loan officer who had no other clients to deal with except me. I don’t know how much he gets paid but from my experience with him I am sure it’s not enough. Next to seeing the excitement and joy my wife had in purchasing a house she had fallen in love with dealing with Joshua was the best part of our home buying experience. He was able to help me setup this purchase in a way that I have money left over to help my two sons with their first home purchases. The only string tied to that help will be they contact Joshua Smith first. To make this a completely honest review I do need to also mention the one negative thing that occurred during this experience that I wish had been different. During this process I never had the opportunity to meet Josh in person to shake his hand and say Thanks for his help. I hope someday to resolve that deficiency. TLDR: If you are looking for a home loan, contact Joshua Smith first! You will be glad you did!

  Josh is my hero! He is fantastic about explaining things in a way that is easily understandable. Josh is extremely responsive, he always made me feel like I was his top priority even though I knew he was very busy. Josh and I also work together professionally since I am a Realtor and I tell my clients that if Josh can't do it no one can! He is a magician at making a way for buyers to achieve their dream of home ownership! I highly highly recommend.

  Patty thoroughly guided my sister and I through the financial side of the home buying process. Since this was our first time buying a house, we didn't know what to expect and what certain things meant.
